Kramarenko S. Chemical-toxicological investigation of meloxicam and piroxicam

Object - non-steroid anti-inflimmatory medicines meloxicam and piroxicam; purposes - development of sheme of chemical-toxicological analysis of biological material on presence of meloxicam and piroxicam; methods - chemical (qualitative tests), isolation from biological material, spectral methods of analysis (UV-, IR-, NMR-, mass-spectroscopy), thin-layer chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, capillary zone electrophoresis; results - complex chemical-toxicologycal investigation of meloxicam and piroxicam is carried out, comparative description of methods of isolation is conducted, developed techniques of quantitative and qualitative analysis of researched objects, distribution of meloxicam and piroxicam in organs of poisoned animals , terms of their preservation in biological material, their extraction from water solutions is studied, the original method of isolation of research objects from biological material is offered, it is introduced to theaching-metodical processes of the National Pharmaceutical University, Zaporizhzhya State Medical University, Vinnytcya State Medical University and in practice of the Lviv Regional Bureau of Forensic-medical Examination; area - pharmacy.
