Mamaluj O. Legal regulation of nation-wide gathering in Ukraine.

Dissertational research is devoted the analysis of the legal nature and specificity of payment of the nation-wide gathering operating in territory of Ukraine. In work the basic attention is taken away to the essence analysis, concept and features of legal regulation of nation-wide gathering in Ukraine, as to a powerful source of replenishment state and local budgets. In work classification of nation-wide gathering in compliance with the purpose of their payment and the purposes on which corresponding means go is resulted. The logic of research of the designated problematics is constructed according to this classification, than caused and work structure. Legal mechanisms and features of three groups of nation-wide gathering - social, nature-resources gathering and gathering of compensatory character are consistently investigated. In the dissertation a number new in the theoretical plan and the important concepts for practice and positions is proved. On protection the generalisations made the author of dissertation, estimations and the conclusions, new approaches to the decision of questions of the put problem are taken out.
