Object - processes of economical and institutional providing of ecology-oriented development of regions. Aim - theoretical-methodological substantiation of economical and institutional providing of ecology-oriented development of regions. Methods - systematical , monographical, graphical, comparative, economic-statistical, method of forming groups, cartographical. Novelty -essence of concept of territorial ecology-economical clusters is disclosed; models of management of territorial ecology-economical clusters are worked out. is proposed. Results - conceptual positions concerning creation of territorial ecology-economical clusters are worked out; cluster forms and institutional providing of ecology-economical activity is proposed.
