Dmytriyeva Y. Particular partnership: legal handling in the laws of Germany and Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to the comprehensive research of the particular partnership in Germany and Ukraine using the comparative analysis. The evolution of the particular partnership from the times of roman private law until nowadays is expounded. The transformational process of the understanding of the particular partnership in the German legal system ending in the recognition of its legal competence is shown. While comparing with the Ukrainian civil doctrine the author stated the main differences, caused by different approaches to the legal nature of partnerships, regardless of mostly identical legal texts regulating the particular partnership in both countries. The accent is made on the amenability and alteration of the personal structure of the particular partnership.
