Milova T. Constitutional right of man and citizen on freedom of scientific creation in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the constitutional right of man and citizen on freedom of scientific creation and the problems of its realization in Ukraine. The concept of right on freedom of scientific creation, its characteristic on essence, content and form are researched. The structure of this right, its basic elements and place in the system of constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen are analyzed. The peculiarities of formation and development of the right on freedom of scientific creation and its constitutional regulation in Ukraine are given. The constitutional and legal problems of realization of right of man and citizen on freedom of scientific creation and ways of their overcoming are analyzed. On the basis of the investigation of positive world experience of constitutional and legal regulation of right on freedom of scientific creation, the proposals on improvement of valid legislation of Ukraine both in the sphere of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, and in the sphere of scientific activity are made.
