Koval’ O. Pedagogic conditions of raising the level of methodic skill of range practice instructors of higher education institutes of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the pedagogic conditions of raising the level of methodic skill of range practice instructors of higher education institutes of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. As a result of the research the complex program of raising the level of methodic skill of the instructors of range practice departments of higher education institutes of law enforcement agencies has been created, the complex of pedagogic conditions which help to raise the level of methodic skill of the instructors of range practice departments has been determined and proved: structural and functional improvement of the system of raising the methodic skill of the instructors of range practice departments of higher education institutes of law enforcement agencies; the implementation of the technology of raising the methodic skill of the instructors of range practice departments of higher education institutes of law enforcement agencies; professional and pedagogic self-perfection of the instructors of range practice departments of higher education institutes of law enforcement agencies. The essence, content and rules of raising the level of methodic skill of range practice instructors in higher education institutes of law enforcement agencies have been found out; the primary criteria, characteristics and methodic skill levels of range practice instructors have been determined.
