Sychevski Y. Forming the responsibility as professional and personal quality of future border guard officers

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the problem of forming the responsibility as professional and personal quality of future border guard officers. The essence, structure, peculiarities of forming and functions of this professional and personal quality of future border guard officers are specified. The components, criteria, indexes and levels of formed responsibility as well as the psychological and pedagogical conditions of forming the responsibility of border guard cadets under the conditions of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine higher institution are defined and grounded. The pedagogical technology of forming the responsibility as professional and personal quality of future border guard officers with such components as: goal, tasks, requirements, principles, scientific approaches, peculiarities of border guard officers’ responsibility, psychological and pedagogical conditions, stages, organization and methodic supplying, components, criteria, levels of forming the responsibility and the result are worked out and checked experimentally.
