Essay

This work is based on data of examinations of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation with the aim of using of low-molecular heparins for the prophylaxis of thromboembolic complications at renewal of rhythm at these patients. It was determined that anticoagulant effect of enoxaparin is not less effective and even safer than warfarin's. The using of enoxaparin gave the possibility to reduct the duration of anticoagulant therapy. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
