Essay

The basic opportunity of the approach to definition of necessity and volume resection thin bowel under condition of application of objective methods of diagnostics of its viability is proved. The application of new intraoperation ways of a degree ishemia diagnostics of the strangulated segment thin bowel and smallinvasive methods of an estimation of a segment restrained bowel viability and also algorhythm of surgical tactics at the patients with strangulated hernias and with a condition after spontaneous immersing of strangulated bowel has allowed to lower common deadness from 4,0 to 1,9%, and avoid the afteroperation deadness.
