Stupchenko S. Changes of antioxidant and immune systems' parameters in sportsmen going in for Greco-Roman wrestling and their correction by application of antioxidants and enterosorbents

The thesis contains the theoretical substantiation of physical loadings influence on immune and metabolic status of sportsmen going in for Greco-Roman wrestling and the method of correction by application of antioxidants ('Selenium active' and 'Tri-Vi-Plus') and enterosorbents ('Sillard P' and 'Enterosgel') is elaborated. For the first time the positive effect of antioxidants and enterosorbents on antioxidant and immune system of sportsmen during the training macrocycle is shown. It is established that application of antioxidants and enterosorbents during the training macrocycle in sportsmen helps to decrease the immunodeficiency, activity of lipid peroxidation processes and prostaglandins' hyperfunction, as well as to improve the antioxidant system enzymatic activity and erythrocytic acid resistance. It is established that antioxidants and enterosorbents have equal immunocorrective and antioxidant potential.
