Object: the process of the use, recreation and guard of water resources in economic complex of separate region. Purpose: the elaboration of the scientifically grounded ways to improvement of organization use, recreation and guard of the water resources of the within the limits of separate region on principles of the balanced development of territory. Methods: inductions and deductions, analytical, monographic, a generalization, economical-statistical, economical-mathematical, graphic, comparetive. Novelty: it is built model of optimization of financing of water-protection measures is developed in a river basin Dnister in separate region, proposed the differentiation of administrative-territorial areas of separate region depending on the degree of soiling of industrial and domestic flows. Results: the ecologic-economical mechanism of rational use of the water resources is improved. It is introduced in State man-agement of guard of nature environment in Ternopil region, in process of other public institutions, in an educational process.
