Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical, methodological and applied issues of shaping and implementing of the regional strategy of steady nature management. The dissertation defines economical kernel and contents of the concept "natural resources potential", distinguishes its place in the system of factors of regional steady development providing, analyzes methods of natural resources estimation and their applying in the market conditions. The definition of the concept "natural resources potential" is improved; it is defined as an ability of natural resources to meet the resources needs of the production process of material, cultural and moral values in the form of goods and services for a person's vital activity providing. Some priority directions of natural resources management in the context of the balanced development of the regional economics are grounded. Strategy of steady nature management is elaborated; some measures on improving of economical mechanism of natural resources management are suggested.
