Essay

The dissertational work is devoted to the decision of actual question in modern medicine – anesthesiological and intensive ensuring injured from a burn disease. On a basis of energobiometrical monitoring (statusmetricion) the kinds of infringements of biological stability in an organism are determined – stressbiodamage and stressbiodistraction - at 103 injured from a burn disease in the acute term are established and their characteristics are fixed. An advantage of energoresustitation technologies of microcirculation-mitochondrial deficiency during stressbiodamage. In stressbiodistraction the biofastness is restored by status-correction technology. It is proved, that the use of integrative antiburn therapy allows to raise the adequacy of total intravenous narcosis at severe injured from a burn disease. The use of suggested tactics of integrative anti-burn therapy allows to avoid a mortality at stressbio-damage and to reduce a mortality in comparison with a traditional intensive care at stressbiodamageon 31,5 %.
