The thesis work states the research results on the questions of the details of rosin-wood productivity formation when growing in the arid conditions of the Southern Steppe depending on the growing technology components: sowing terms and plant allocation pattern, cutting time, the age of plants and duration of plantation use. The dependence of growth, development and rosin-wood plant productivity, formation on agrometeorological factors is established. The optimum plants allocation pattern in sowing and time of their cutting for getting maximum yields determined. The dependence of rosin-wood green material biochemical composition and nutritiousness on time of cutting is established. The basic components of energy saving rosin-wood growing technology in the condiyions of the Southern Steppe that found the practical use farmer enterprises of the Zaporizhzha and Odessa regions are worked out.
