Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the pathogenetic substantiation and improvement of treatment efficacy in patients with acne disease (AD), based on the investigation of metabolic indeces of blood and microbiocenosis of the skin and intestines. Various metabolic disorders were diagnosed in 87.27% patients with AD. In patients with AD, versus the comparison group, were detected significant disorders of dermal microbiocenosis manifested by limited qualitative components and increased dissemination of the affected skin. New complex method of for AD therapy, with the major etiopathogenetic factors considered, has been developed and implemented into clinical practice. It is based on relevant administration of the systemic drugs indicated for the correction of metabolic disorders (Epadole), drugs for correction of intestinal microbiocenosis (Khilak Forte), and the drug for local therapy, manufactured on the basis of medicinal plant components Uhryn that contributes to normalizing of the determined disorders and improvement of treatment efficacy. Differential approach to the administration of combined therapy with the consideration of major causation factors of AD has been proved to provide clinical remission in 92.1% cases and successful correction of the disorders related to AD.
