Object - acute destructive pancreatitis; methods – clinical, laboratory-biochemical, instrumental, statistical; novelty new methodological approach is realized in practice to the problem of increase of efficiency of treatment of dynamic intestinal im-passability for patients with the acute destructive pancreatitis; the dynamics of changes of character of coagulative hemostasis and fibrinolytic activity of plasma of blood is studied for patients with the acute destructive pancreatitis at the use of laser radiation and enterosorption in complex therapy and efficiency of their application is well-proven in treatment at dynamic intestinal impassability; first grounded and developed method of treatment of dynamic intestinal impassability at the acute destructive pancreatitis with the use of photoradiotherapy and enterosorption depending on the aggregate state of blood of patient; results – efficiency of treatment and prophylaxis of complications of acute destructive pancreatitis is enhanceable by the incorporated use of photoradiotherapy and enterosorption in base therapy at dynamic intestinal impassability; branch – medicine.
