Chubuk R. Training of the future social teachers for the work with student youth.

Object is professional training and formation of the future social teachers in a higher educational institution. The aim are to define, theoretically to prove and experimentally to approve pedagogical conditions which provide efficiency of preparation of the future social teachers to work with student's youth. Theoretical results and novelty are defined, theoretically proved and experimentally approved for the first time pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future social teachers to work with student's youth; directions of preparation of social teachers and feature of socially-pedagogical work with student's youth are determine; the essence of concepts „preparation of the future social teachers for work with student's youth” „professional competence of social teachers to work with student's youth” is scientifically proved. Practical results and novelty of research consist in working out and introduction in vocational training process: Techniques of realization of pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future social teachers to work with student's youth; innovative forms of management of socially-pedagogical work with student's youth, such as ABC-TECHNICIAN and other elements of coaching-technology. The subject and introduction degree is developed a special course „Socially-pedagogical support of student's youth”. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch are pedagogical, higher educational institutions, social services.
