The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of legal regulations issues on trademark use in economic circulation. The notion of trademark as category of economic law is defined herein. The role of trademark use in procedure of acquisition of trademark rights is considered herein. The procedure of trademark registration is examined according to enforcing of applicants rights in this process. The concept of appropriate use of trademark in economic circulation is considered herein. Much attention is considered to legal regulations on commercial use of trademarks in special fields of economy and assignment of rights on trademarks in business practice.
