Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem in choosing of anesthesia of pediatric adeno-, tonsillotomy. The work is based on the study of intra and postoperative efficiency of the variants of analgesia the named operative invasions in 140 children in age from 5 to 7 years in sitting position with spontaneous breathing. Analgesia with sedation in patients of main group was designed by analgesic (fentanyl, tramadol, paracetamol), hypnotic (propofol, midazolam) and anesthetic agents (ketamin, lidocain) in effective combinations. Monoanalgesia with ketamin made the checkup. In comparison there were investigated the dynamics of basic parameters of blood circulation, breathing, endocrine and nervous systems of organism in the course of the use of ketamin analgesia and different versions of analgosedation in children undergoing adeno-, tonsillotomy. Analgesic adequacy and respiratory safety of the offered strategy were proved. Anesthetization by only ketamin was substantially inferior to the analgesia withsedation that allowed refusing for its application. The place of main method in anesthetic management for surgical treatment of children’s adenotonsilly pathology was determined.
