Essay

The thesis considers scientific and applied perfection of methodology of choosing an effective variant of warming and finishing civil constructions. Factors, determining efficient warming technologies are taken into account, statistical and expert estimation is fulfilled. Constructive and technological solutions are suggested, patented and inculcated as well as organization and technological measures, promoting reconstruction efficiency are recommended. Organizational, technological and structural propositions on modernization. Expenditures on electricity have dropped 30% and total economic efficiency has become 172,700 grns. a year, or 70,000 on the part of the author.
