Publishing activities of Lviv Polytechnic has been analyzed in this dissertation. The role of scientists in the development of publishing and scientific-technical journalism as the means of operative scientific communication has been shown in the newly established fields of science and manufacture. The thematic-typological analysis of the publishing repertoire of Lviv Polytechnic has been carried. The main attention is concentrated on the personal contribution to publishing activity of the Ukrainian scientists.
