Oborotov I. Temporal factors of law

The Dissertation is dedicated to the studying of the issue of co-relation of law and time. The legal time in the work is considered to be an especial form of the social time and an integral attribute of legal reality; the work highlights the forms and properties of the legal time. Time is the legal environment frame: first of all, the law is being developed as time passes; secondly, the legal norms exist and are developed in time. With the help of law some important temporal parameters of activities are shaped: timeliness, quickness, etc.; the concept of term is established. These are formal-definitive and evaluation temporal concepts, reasonable combination of which is to provide the effectiveness of the law enforcement, that are used in legislation.
