Essay

The object is acute erosive-ulcerative lesions (AEUL) of digestive tract in multiple trauma (MT) patients; the aims was to improve effectiveness of treatment the patients with AEUL; the methods are clinical, instrumental, laboratory, histological, statistical and clinical-economic analysis; the new approach is that disbalance of adrenal androgens and glucocorticoides among patients with AEUL was found out in two principal excretion patterns: early arising hypocortisolgenesis or long lasting hypoandrogenogenesis; the main results have made are the prognostic algorithms for AEUL and significant gastrointestinal bleedings were created on the base of adrenal androgens components dynamic monitoring and the different prophylactic protocols were applied and endoscopically evaluated with better end-point results; all this thesis have been developed for clinical practice; the field is surgery.
