Essay

The object is the damaging factors influence on the potencial biochemical markers of fresh water animals’ hepathocytes. The aim is to find out and characterize some biochemical markers of hepathocytes which are important for the estimation of damaging factors influence on fresh water animals’ organisms subject to the kind of organism, nature and toxic factor concentration. Methods are enzymetic, analytical biochemistry, statistic (correlated, dispersive (ANOVA) , factoral (principal component, PCA) analysis). The novelty is in the fact that the data about non-specific activation of antistressor systemsin carp’s hepathocytes are got and their inhibition in crayfish activated by heavy metals ions ecologically realistic concentration on organism. The higher crayfish hepathocytes tolerance is obtained to the phenol influence. 2 MPC provokes the specific changes that depend on nature of factor changes and 5 MPC - lesser differences in comparison with control data. The high sensibility of carp’s and crayfish’ hepathocytes iron binding capacity to damaging environmental factors is investigated. The integral index of antioxidative protective state for hepathocytes state estimation is proposed. The spheres of usage are toxicology, biomonitoring..
