Essay

The analysis of processes of creation and transformation of youth non-governmental organizations (NGO) as one of main institutes of civil society is carried out. The two-level theoretical model of institutionalization, which includes primary and secondary levels, has been composed. Research deals with main stages of primary and speciality of secondary institutionalization according to internal and external indicators. As the result of theses processes the present institute of youth NGOs is characterized.
