Object insulin resistance for pregnant and woman giving births; methods – clinical, biochemical, ultrasonographic, statistical, me-thod of mathematical design; novelty negative influence of insulin resistance, exposed on the early term of gestation is first well-proven, on frequency of origin of complications of flow of pregnancy and births; co-factors, cooperant the origin of obstetric pathology at a mionectic sensitiveness to insulin and the degree of their influence is expected, are found out; first in perspective re-search influence of pregnancy is studied on progress of displays of insulin resistance after birth of child; the complex program of con-duct of pregnancy is first developed for women with insulin resistance and its efficiency is well-proven in relation to diminishing of complications of pregnancy and births; possibilities of influence are first studied on quality of life of women with insulin resistance after birth of child and the nosotropic grounded recommendations are developed in relation to his improvement; results – efficiency of prophylaxis of complications of pregnancy is enhanceable, births and down-lying for women with a mionectic sensitiveness to insulin by development and introduction in clinical practice of method of correction of insulin resistance during pregnancy; branch – medicine.
