Grubnik A. Laparoscopic gastric banding for treatment of morbid obesity

Dissertation is devoted the issue of the day of surgical treatment of patients with morbid obesity by introduction of laparoscopic gastric banding. It is rotined that introduction of the improved methods of the laparoscopic gastric banding and new constructions of bracers allows substantially to reduce the amount of early and late post-operational complications and considerably to promote efficiency of treatment of patients with morbid obesity. It is well-proven that laparoscopic gastric banding not only reduces surplus mass of body of patients, but also symptomatology of displays of concomitant pathology diminishes considerably. The method of repeated bariatric laparoscopic operations is developed at low effectiveness of the laparoscopic gastric banding.
