Subject of research: Processes of migration and degradation of pesticides active ingredients forming the sugar beet crops chemical protection system in environment. Purpose: Hygienic assessment of up-to-date sugar beet crops chemical protection system, substantiation of regulations for safe application of pesticides and elaboration of hygienic standards of the new active ingredient tefluthrin. Methods of research: Laboratory and natural hygienic experiments, chromatography), organoleptic, sanitary and chemical, sanitary and microbiological, physical, clinical and diagnostic, mathematical modeling and statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: Instructions of pesticides safe application were elaborated for sugar beet crops chemical protection system usage. Tefluthrin MDI for humans was substantiated and tefluthrin hygienic standards in soils, water, atmospheric air and the air of working zone, and in sugar beet were substantiated also. Novelty: For the first time patterns of pesticides active ingredients behavior in plants and soils were established in conditions of Ukraine in sugar beet crops chemical protection system. For the first time hygienic assessment of potential public and workers risk of the pesticides possible influence was carried out in sugar beet crops chemical protection system. For the first time the patterns of tefluthrin influence on ponds organic self-purification were established in laboratory research. Sphere (branch) of application: Medicine, agriculture.
