The dissertation is devoted to civil-law methods of an individualization of physical persons. Necessity of an individualization of the person, as a person, as participant of public relations and as legal subject are advanced. Individualization definition is made, its kinds and functions are allocated. On the basis of the analysis of theoretical workings out civil-law methods of an individualization of physical persons, their features and kinds are advanced. The conclusion about advancing influence of individualizing means on the right volume and capacity of the person is done. In dissertational work traditional, most wide-spread civil-law methods of physical person individualization are analyzed: a name and a residence. The attention is given also to such methods of an individualization of physical persons, as conditions. The analysis of various legal conditions of the person (a condition of a name, conditions of a sex, a state of health, a family condition, a condition of erudition and professional employment and others are carried out.) Questions connected with use of such method of an individualization of physical persons, as appearance, individual shape and the image are considered. On the basis of the carried out research offers and recommendations concerning improvement of the current legislation regulating the relations on an individualization of the person, as legal subject are developed."
