Krysyan T. Losses as the category of the Civil law.

The thesis is devoted to the searching of problems in modern and perspective development of institution of compensation in civil law of Ukraine. It is examining the historical way of formation and development of the institution of compensation. The work discovers the content and juridical nature of losses. This work is typical for the basis and conditions in compensation of losses. It considers the content of losses according to the civil law of Ukraine, the peculiarities of definition in real losses and lost profit. Great attention was made to the determination of order in healing of losses and the restriction of the losses’ size. The theoretical conclusions were made on the researched questions and practical suggestions, aimed to the improving of the institution of compensation."
