Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of influencing of intravenous injection of cryopreserved hepatic and cerebral fetal cells on the morphofunctional state of rat liver and brain at the chronic alcohol poisoning (САР). The САР experimental model has been developed. High therapeutic efficiency of fetal cells at САР has been revealed, that showed the improvement of the general state of organism, by reduction of weight of alcohol-induced damage of liver and brain. Stimulation by the cryopreserved fetal cells of brain the system of mononuclear phagocytes is exposed. The unidirectional effect of fetal cells and fetal tissue cytosol has been revealed. Absence of direct organ substitute function of donor fetal cells at САР in rats is shown.
