Object - diabetic foot for patients with obesity; methods – clinical, laboratory, pathomorphological, bacteriological, instrumental, roentgenologic, statistical; novelty - the topo-graphic-anatomic features of structure of foot are investiga-tional for patients by diabetes mellitus (DM) with obesity; the pathomorphological features of diabetic foot (DF) are certain for patients with the different degrees of obesity; studied the functional state of lower extremities at DF for patients with different mass of body; the clinical features of development of DF are set for patients with obesity; the features of diagnostics and treatment of defeats of foot are set for the patients of DM with obesity; medical tactic is improved at DF for patients with obesity; results – the results of treatment of DF are improved for patients by obesity by determination of features of development and flow of purulrnt-necrotizing processes on lower extremities and development of the proper prognostic and treatment tactic; branch – medicine.
