Mayak O. Improvement of equipment for the production of paste-like concentrates of drinks on the basis of vegetable raw material

Object – a vacuum steam equipment with a mixer, hydromechanical and heat-exchange processes at the production of paste-like concentrates of drinks (PCD); a purpose is an improvement of equipment for the production of PCD on the basis of vegetable raw material by intensification of hydromechanical and heat-exchange descriptions; a novelty consists of determination of conformities to the law of influence of technological parameters on reological descriptions of PCD with the receipt of calculation equalizations, to development of mathematical model of expenses of power for a new mixer, receipt of criterion equalization of process of heat exchange; results – the method of production of PCD is developed on vegetable raw material and construction of scraper mixer for intensification of process of interfusion and heat exchange in a vacuum steam equipment; results have been introduced in feeding enterprises; branch - food industry
