Research object: process of restructuring of machine-building enterprises. Article of research: theoretic-methodological bases and organizationally-economic aspects of management by restructuring of machine-building enterprises on the basis of outsourcing. For the firs timet: Defined an enterprise as object of restructuring in the system of internal and external relations, namely: reproductive relations and in the form of the open system, that create objective pre-conditions for establishment and development of co-operation, integration communications of enterprise with the subjects of different forms of management, including by outsourcing; developed the elements of model of acceptance of administrative decisions during restructuring of machine-building enterprises on the basis of outsourcing, the sence of which consists in determination of priorities of business-processes and choice of functional areas, which are subject to the transmission to extraneous organization in the process of restructuring, search of outsourcing service provider in the context of increase of competitiveness of enterprise at forming of strategy of development; It is improved: methodical providing for developing and introduction of the program of restructuring of machine-building enterprises by outsourcing, that allows to promote efficiency of process of management by restructuring and quality of acceptance of administrative decisions; The following subsequent development was acquired: gnosiology of concept "restructuring of enterprise" as the integrated process of conducting of transformation changes on an enterprise, that takes place in the internal and external business environment; classification of constituents of mechanism of restructuring of industrial enterprises, that includes: organizationally-economic, organizationally-administrative, innovative-investment, normatively-legal, finance-economic, marketing elements; methodical approaches for determining pre-restructuring state at the machine-building enterprises, point of restructuring and stages of restructuring on the basis of comparative analysis of indexes of financial firmness and state of the organizationally-administrative system; approaches for approving pre-conditions of outsourcing introduction at machine-building enterprises which are determined by the life cycle of enterprise and its potential.
