Essay

The paper is based on complex clinical investigation and surgical treatment data of 76 patients with nonparasitic splenic cysts. Significance of these diagnostic procedures in rational treatment tactics selection has been determined. Stages of endsurgical technique with predominance of organ preserving surgical procedures in nonparasitic splenic cysts treatment have been elaborated and applied in clinical practice. Proposed diagnostic and therapeutic tactics of patients with nonparasitic splenic cysts allowed decreasing postoperative complications quantity, hospital stay period and increasing quality of life in these patients
