Purpose: to vindicate theoretical and methodical grounds of administrative justice in public administration of countries of Anglo-Saxon model and Ukraine and to propose practical recommendations concerning possible introduction of institute of administrative quasi-justice to the system of public administration of Ukraine using experience of Anglo-Saxon countries. Methods: dialectical, inductive, deductive, synthesis, analysis, idealization, system, functional, structural and functional, comparative, historical, historical and legal, and statistical. Results: usage in research, lawmaking, education, preparing Masters of Public Administration and further training of public officials.
