Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of raising of effectiveness of management of a product quality at enterprises of food industry. Technology of effective management of a product quality is developed on the base of system approach and production at the enterprises of various subindustries of food industry is introduced. Experimental investigations at the enterprises of brewing and of banking subindustry with the using of the technology of effective management of a product quality were made firstly. The quality parameters were divided into the parameters of a top priority and the secondary ones and extent of influence of each parameters on a quality level was determined. The author proposes to identify factors influencing on a quality in two ways: the 1st - concerning stages of the technological process; the 2nd by expert way. It is recommended before the introduction of the innovation into production to use new tare for beer bottling but not used one. Reasonability of this is confirmed byanalyses concerning expenses on quality and by computation of economic effect.
