Yurchenko Y. The evolution of electoral technologies in modern political process

The author presents the complex analysis of election technologies evolution with special attention to Ukrainian specific. The thesis clarifies the context of election technologies, determinates and analyzes the main stages of their evolution in the global frame. The author emphasizes, that election technologies are sustainable feature of democratic process. Thesis proposes the detailed classification of three main stages of their evolution and gives an example each of them. Special attention is given to the development of political parties, which are the subject and the object of election technologies simultaneously. The author underlines structural and ideological changes in political parties, as a result of applying new election technologies. The thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of adaptation of foreign election technologies (conditions, consequences, etc.). The author gives the classification of Ukrainian newest election technologies and forecasts the possible ways of their development.
