The dissertation is devoted to anal function preserving during haemorrhoids surgery by operative management using Soft Live Tissue Welding Technology working out and differential usage. In 26 (21,0%) cases the unsatisfactory haemorrhoids surgery results high risk factors were find out by clinical, ultrasound doppler and anal manometry examinations.The Soft Live Tissue Welding Technology advantage in haemorrhoids surgery were demonstrate, and ways to it modify for differential usage were grounded in 7 (5,6%) cases and laboratory experiments.Open wound welding were provided in 2 (6,9%) cases, submucosal - 7 (24,1%), transmucosal - у 8 (27,6%), combine - у 12 (41,4%).The postoperative anal function hem and spasm strong disturbance were avoided by Soft Live Tissue Welding Technology differential usage in all 29 high risk unsatisfactory haemorrhoids surgery results cases opposite to 5 (8,1%) incision surgery management, and anal function restore period was shorter by 4,5±0,9 days in Soft Live Tissue WeldingTechnology group too.
