Essay

Object: process of forming of conduct of users of insurance services. Aim: ground of theoretical and practical principles of development of models of forming of conduct of users at the market of insurance services. Methods: statistical, correlation analysis, economic-mathematical design, expert estimations. Results: the coefficient of stereotype of conduct of users of insurance services and algorithm of its determination is first offered by the design of typical situations, the model of conduct of users of insurance services, methodical going, is improved near the calculation of size of insurance bonus and size of insurance compensation. Use: in activity of insurance companies Standard, Galaxy, Investservis, in the educational process of the Lviv Commercial Academy at teaching of row of disciplines.
