Dissertational work is devoted to theoretical and experimental research of technological process of soya milk preparation, by mean of substantiation studying of a problem of increase of efficiency of soya milk preparation by a substantiation of the construction of existing machines and equipment for its preparation. And the necessity of improvement of technology and developing of the new technical mean for soya milk production has been proved. The mean will allow to reduce the specific energy cost by mean combining of several technological operations in one technical mean and to increase the quality of the end products. On the basis of the analysis of then existing machines and the equipment for manufacturing of soya beans we suggest the constructive-technological scheme of a new mean, on which working capacity and an opportunity of blending of the offered design has been confirmed. As a result of theoretical and experimental researches the sample of a new mean for preparation of soya milk is made. The lead tests has allowed to receive a high degree of blending 1,4-1,6 mm, viscosity 0,030-0,005 м2/s and density of soya milk 1025±5 kg/м3 at productivity 130-160 l/h and specific power inputs 0,005-0,007 kWt·h/t. The annual economic effect from applying of the developed mean makes 59480,4 UAH.
