Orlova O. The legal education and the role of the militia in its provision on the modern stage of the society development

The dissertation concerns the problems of the theory and the practice of the legal education. The necessity of the further research of the legal education as the state legal reality phenomenon is grounded; the substance, the notion and the mechanism of legal education are studied; the place and the role of the militia of Ukraine in the process of legal education is being determined. The dissertation makes up the theoretic analyses of the militia's correlation with the other subjects of legal education; gives the proposals as to improvement of the forms of law impact on a person and determines the ways of making higher the level of law conscience and the law culture of the law enforcement officers.
