Object - peculiarities of postinfarction cardiosclerosis in 106 patients with elevated serum uric acid level (hyperuricemia,H) and 41 - with normal. H was associated with progression of postinfarction heart remodeling and atherogenesis, which increased the risk of life-threatening arrhythmias. The efficiency of eprosartan and fenofibrate was proved in treatment of post-myocardial infarction patients with H.The results were introduced in educational and therapeutical process.
