Tomach V. Management of work life quality of industrial enterprise staff

The object of research is the process of administration of staff working life of an industrial enterprise; the aim of the work: the grounds and further development of theoretical thesis, methodical approaches to the administration of the quality of the working life of the staff of industrial enterprises for providing the growth of labor productivity; the methodic of the research and equipment; the methods of theoretical summarizing, system analysis, the analysis of hierarchy and ranking, economical and statistical (multivariate factor analysis, regression analysis), program and aim administration, graphical; theoretical and practical results: for the first time: a consistency and substance of stages of choice of prior division for immediate application of programs concerning the quality of working life at industrial enterprises of mechanical engineering was suggested. Improved: the concept definition “the quality of working life” of the staff of an industrial enterprise as social and economical category, the methodical approach to the complex and quality evaluation of the level of quality of working life of the staff of an industrial enterprise, methodical provision of organization of formation of the quality of staff’s working life department or creation of a corresponding position for a specialist; we have obtained the following development: the principles of formation of programs connected with the quality of working life of the staff and administration of their implementation, the technology of formation of target complex administration program for increasing of working life of the staff; practical meaning of obtained results lies in the fact that their use in the process of administrative activity will let both to improve the quality of working life and to increase the labor productivity of the staff, which will provide the effective work of the whole enterprise;the subject and the level of implementation: the elaboration were implemented to the working practice of LLC “TPC “Nova”, LLC “Yutam-Kharkov”; the field of use: HRM of mechanical engineering enterprise.
