Object of research: process of personnel labour mobility management of the enterprises of process industry in a context of structural transformations of world and internal labour markets; The purpose of work: improvement of existing theoretical and methodical positions of personnel labour mobility management of the enterprises of process industry according to modern trends of functioning of the internal and the world markets; Technique of research and the equipment: methods of analogy, logic generalization, the empirical analysis of the data, the historical analysis, questioning, the statistical, dispersive analysis, the analysis of cross-tabulations, the focused interviews, expert interrogations, expert estimations, the cluster analysis, the mathematical apparatus of the theory of games, in particular is applied: the brief-case analysis, the theory of accidents, the analysis of investment projects; Theoretical and practical results: it is advanced: Definition of concept of process of labour mobilityas object of management of the personnel, Classification of risks of the personnel labour mobility according to attributes «origin of risks» and «result of approach of risks», and also their estimation concerning the personnel labour mobility on the importance of probabilities and results of approach on the basis of external and internal examinations; The system of estimation indexes of the personnel labour mobility of enterprises; Procedure of monitoring of the personnel labour mobility of the industrial enterprises on the basis of the analysis of systems of strategic and complex monitoring of the enterprises’ activity; The methodical approach to management of the personnel labour mobility of the enterprises on the basis of strategic, process and situational approaches on management of labour mobility; Have received the further development: The aggregate of labour mobility factors. Subject and degree of introduction: the received results are applied at the enterprises of instrument making and light industry,in particular, at the Kharkov state instrument-making plant named by T.G.
