The object of research: the process of management of the own machine-building enterprise capital; the aim of research: further development of theoretical grounds and methodic provision as to the management of the process of growth of the own machine-building enterprise capital under the conditions of market economy; methods of research and apparatus: theoretical generalization, analysis and synsethis; multivariate statistics analysis (clusters, factor, multifactor reverse analysis, canonic correlation) of generalized taxonomic sign, statistics and graphic; theoretic and practical results for the first time: developed and grounded the complex technology of mutually agreed management of the growth of the own machine-building enterprise capital as to two objects: assets and sources of forming which includes such stages: evaluation of the growth factors of own capital, determination and analysis of the levels of usage of assets and sources, positioning enterprise in the matrix of the results of own capitalmanagement according to the stages of its vital activity, optimization of the volumes of assets and sources with the aim of getting net profit; to the contrast from existing approaches of own capital management the complex technology account interdependency of the assets and sources of forming with the purpose of their growth; improved: sharing of the totality of functions of own capital, which are of the main priority for its growth as to two groups relative as to the assets and sources of forming. Production function and defense function are related to the first group, to the second – the function of forming capital financing and reserve; the classification of own capital growth of the enterprise as to the additional theoretically grounded and practically meaningful sign “economic origin” which permits the existence of such separate types of growth: assets growth, formation of own capital resources growth, which permits to make the decisions as to the growth of each of the objects of own capital management;methodic approach to the evaluations of the results of own machine-building enterprise capital management, particularity of which is the transition from the space of its elementary signs to the shortening space with the methods of factor analysis and canonic correlation as to two objects of management assets and sources of forming of own capital on the basis of the construction of presumptive taxon signs which characterize their even usage; the matrix of the results of own machine-building enterprise capital management, particularity of it is the construction as to two presumptive signs of usage of assets and resources of forming of their own capital, which make possible the consideration of their state as to the quadrants which characterize the stages of vivid activity of the objects of management; got further development: the approach to forming optimal structure of own machine-building capital with the help of the methods of linear programming, particularity of which lies in taking into account thedependence between the parts of reverse and non reverse assets and also between own, invested and borrowed sources of forming own capital with the aim to maximize net profit according to the main stages of enterprise vivid activity; practical meaning of obtained results lies in its introduction into practical activity of the machine-building enterprise: SP Kharkiv radio plant “Proton” (certificate № 006
