The dissertation solves the problems hyperprolactinemic states diagnostics optimization and methods of their correction in women with reproductive health disorders on the basis of comprehensive investigation of clinics, hormonal homeostasis and information of functional samples and level of macroprolactin. 600 women were observed and the HP frequency rate was 27,3%. The macroadenomas (3,1%) and microprolactinomas (6,7%) of hypophysis, hypothyrosis (6,1%), functional (51,7%) and iatrogenic (20,8%) HP were diagnosed. Macroprolactinemia was diagnosed 20,8% of patients; in 87,1% of them were no clinical signs of HP, stipulated by prevalence of the highly molecular non-active fraction in the structure of PRL. The nonhomogeneous changes of hormonal homeostasis were diagnosed. The method of differentiated application phytopreparations and synthetic dopaminomimetics was suggested. It was proved that at the content of highly molecular PRL 50-80% the treatment with dopaminomimetics will not result in the normalization of PRL level, though it has positive clinical effect. In 51,6% of patients with iatrogenic HP the normalization of PRL level occurs after the termination of the provocative media. The therapy with phytopreparations or dopaminomimetics with functional HP result in the normalization of hormonal indications and spontaneous pregnancy in 29,9% of women.
