Essay

Autor focuses on the analysis of anthropological principle in the philosophy of law. She defnes status of the anthropological principle, its specifcity and methodological signifcance for establishing key trends of legal science in different periods of its development. Taking into account different ways of conceiving this principle, it is suuggested general conception of its realization in law. It is claimed that the role of anthropological principle in law can be forced by the development of legal science, common and professional legal culture, individual self-education. The prior tasks of legal science and education developed on the ground of anthropological principle is elucidated as highest possible favouring of personal understanding essence of law and inducing to realize legal culture as effective and constant process of the elaboration human nature and rights.
