Kadlubovich T. Political communication in the democratization of Power relations in Ukraine.

In the dissertation a modern condition, place and role of political communication in the democratization of Power relations in Ukraine are researched, the main directions and conception approaches according to the essence of political communication have been found and systematized, grades of its studying have been analyzed. The meaning of "political communication" has been clarified and its author understanding has been proposed as a specific kind of political relations, as a dialogue among political objects of all levels of power relations, an interlink of different political powers due to constructive and efficient cooperation or competition when all positions of every political power are taken into account. It is proved that the meaning of "political communication" does not mean only the activity of Mass Media, but Mass Media occupies the leading place in the democratization of power relations in Ukraine. Terms and factors of the democratization of power relations in Ukraine are emphasized on condition of efficient functioning of political communication. It is proved that the influence of political communication on the democratization of power relations happens at all the levels; political communication provides constant correlation among all the objects of power relations.
