In the dissertation is designed new organizational approach in ongoing identification and reducing of unproductive costs during constructing and assembling operations thanks to banding single innovative events in one integrated program, based on intellectual potential of workers. The dissertation ensures methodological bases for identification and classification of unproductive costs and working time costs, based on analyzes of actual working process and its elements partaking in value added chains in construction. According to described theoretical underpinning and drafts are proposed methodic and algorithms, as well as appropriate software, what helps to realize proposed organizational approach in practice of different constructing organizations.
